Dairy Produce Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dairy Produce Act 1986.

Conditions of export of controlled dairy exports

Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting in subregulation (1) “the Corporation or” after “that”; and

(b) by omitting “5 June 1985” from the definition of “Arrangement” in subregulation (2) and substituting “2 October 1986”.
