Dairy Produce Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dairy Produce Act 1986.

Conditions of export of controlled dairy exports

Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Regulations is amended by omitting “2 October 1986” from the definition of “Arrangement” in subregulation (2) and substituting “23 September 1987”.
