Dairy Produce Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Act 1986.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Dairy Produce Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. New regulation 15

2.1 After regulation 1. insert:

“15. For the purposes of subsection 98 (4) of the Act, the percentage calculated in accordance with the following formula is prescribed:

where:

‘UV’ is the underwritten value of the underwritten dairy produce:

‘CS’ is the amount per unit of the market support payment referred to in subsection 95 (3) of the Act.”.
