Dairy Produce Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dairy Produce Act 1924.

Functions of Corporation

Regulation 4a of the Dairy Produce Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b) secured by—

(i) a charge over the assets of the trading corporation; or

(ii) a guarantee given by a bank within the meaning of the Banking Act 1959 or a bank established by a law of a State; and”.
