Dairy Produce Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the
Dated 13 October 1983.

Regulation 4a of the Dairy Produce Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following sub-regulations:
“(2) For the purposes of paragraph 13 (f) of the Act, the following function is prescribed, that is to say, to sell within Australia, in the capacity of a trading corporation, cheese that—
(a) was produced during the period of 12 months commencing on 1 July 1982; and
(b) was purchased by the Corporation for the purpose of export to Japan but has not been so exported or sold for export to Japan.
“(3) In this regulation, ‘trading corporation’ means a trading corporation within the meaning of paragraph 51 (xx) of the Constitution, being a trading corporation formed within the limits of the Commonwealth.”.
