Dairy Produce Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the latest recommendation made to the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy by the executive of the Australian Dairy Industry Council Inc. with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of subsection 7(2) of the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986, make the following Regulations under that Act.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1993.

2.    Amendment

2.1   The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.    Regulation 4 (Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce)

3.1   Subregulation 4(2):

Omit “1.05 cents”, substitute “0.95 cents”.
