(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the latest recommendation made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dairy Corporation with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of subsection 7 (1) of the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986,hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1987.

Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce

2. Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Levy Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “35” and substituting “40”.
