(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the latest recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the executive council of the Australian Dairy Industry Conference Inc. with respect to the rates of levies to be prescribed for the purposes of subsections 7 (3) and (4) of the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1987.

Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce

2. Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Levy Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (3) “4.05” and substituting “3.82”;

and

(b) by omitting from subregulation (4) “0.45” and substituting “0.68”.
