I, T H E GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986.

The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended by inserting after

regulation 5 the following regulation:

Minimum weight—subsection 9 (4) of the Act

5A. For the purposes of the definition of "minimum weight" in subsection

9 (4) of the Act, a weight of one kilogram is prescribed.
