Dairy Produce Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4A (Manufacturing milk levy—prescribed milk fat rate and protein rate)

3.1   Subregulation 4A (1):

Omit “31.435 cents”, substitute “31.070 cents”.

3.2   Subregulation 4A (2):

Omit “75.657 cents”, substitute “74.007 cents”.

4.   Regulation 4B (Other levies—prescribed milk fat rate and protein rate)

4.1   Paragraph 4B (1) (b):

Omit “1.8025 cents”, substitute “1.4525 cents”.

4.2   Paragraph 4B (2) (b):

Omit “4.3936 cents”, substitute “3.5405 cents”.
