REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1933-1935.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Act 1933-1935.

Amendment of Dairy Produce (Inter-State Trade) Regulations. 

Prescribed authorities.

1.—(1.) Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce (Inter-State Trade) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “Commonwealth Butter Grader at Adelaide in” and inserting in their stead the words “Dairy Produce Board constituted under the Dairy Produce Act, 1934 of”; and

(b) by omitting the words “Tasmauian Dairy Products Board constituted under The Dairy Products Act, 1933 of the State of Tasmania” and inserting in their stead the words “Commonwealth Butter Grader at Launceston in the State of Tasmania”.

(2.) The amendment effected by paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) of this regulation shall come into operation on the 1st June, 1936.

The Schedule—Form A amended.

2. Form A in the Schedule to the Dairy Produce (Inter State Trade) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “The Secretary,” and inserting in their stead the word “To”; and

(b)by omitting marginal note (1) and inserting in its stead the following marginal note :—

“(1) Here insert the name and address of the prescribed authority.”.

The Schedule—Form C amended.

3. Form C in the Schedule to the Dairy Produce (Inter-State Trade) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in the Note therein, after the words “Stabilization Board,”, the word “or”;

(b) by omitting the words “The Secretary,” and inserting in their stead the word “To”......... ; and

(c) by omitting marginal note (1) and inserting in its stead the following marginal note:—

“(1) Here insert the name and address of prescribed authority.”.

The Schedule—Form E amended.

4. Form E in the Schedule to the Dairy Produce (Inter-State Trade) Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting the words “The Secretary,” and inserting in their stead the word “To........ ”; and

(b) by omitting marginal note (1) and inserting in its stead the following marginal note:—

“(1) Here insert the name and address of prescribed authority.”.

The Schedule—Form E and G amended.

5. Forms E and G in the Schedule to the Dairy Produce (Inter-State Trade) Regulations are amended by omitting the marginal note and inserting in its stead the following marginal note:—

Here insert official designation of prescribed authority”.
