Dairy Produce Export Control (Staff) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-third day of June, 1938.

2. After regulation 5 of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Staff) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Allowance to Secretary for additional work.

“5a. Where the Secretary is required by the Board to perform duties with respect to research and investigation conducted in pursuance of paragraph (a)of section 22 of the Act, the Board may pay to the Secretary an allowance at such rate, not exceeding One hundred and fifty pounds per annum, as the Minister determines.”.
