STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924-1942.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Staff) Regulations.
“(9.) Notwithstanding anything contained in the preceding provisions of this regulation, the index figure on the fifth day of December, 1946, shall be deemed to have been 99.7 and salaries shall be adjusted in accordance with that figure and as from that date.
“(10.) Notwithstanding anything contained in this regulation, the remuneration of the Publicity Officer shall be varied in accordance with the cost of living adjustments made from time to time under the Australian Journalists Association’s Award of the Commonwealth Court of Conciliation and Arbitration.
“(11.) The last preceding sub-regulation shall be deemed to have come into operation on the sixteenth day of December, 1946.”.
(2.) This regulation shall be deemed to have come into operation on the sixteenth day of December, 1946.
