STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924-1947.*

the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendments of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.
(2.) Regulation 4 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of June, 1951.
“ 3b. The member of the Board appointed to represent employees of butter and cheese factories shall receive a salary at the rate of Six hundred and twenty-five pounds per annum.”.
“ 4.—(1.) The Chairman of the Board shall receive a fee of six pounds six shillings per day, and each member or deputy of a member of the Board while acting as such, shall receive a fee of five pounds five shillings per day, for each day on which he attends a meeting of the Board or of the Executive Committee of the Board or on which he is engaged on such business of the Board as the Board determines.
“ (2.) In this regulation ‘ member ’ means a member of the Board other than the member appointed to represent employees of butter and cheese factories.”.
