STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924-1954.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations.
(
a ) by inserting in sub-regulation (2.), after the word “s[D1] hall”[D2] (second occurring), the words “,[D3] subject to the next succeeding sub-regulation,”; and(
b )by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—“([D4] 3.) Where the number of persons in a State who are Chairmen of Boards of Directors of co-operative butter or cheese factories is less than three, a nomination for the election of a member under paragraph (
b )of sub-section (2.) of section 4 of the Act to represent the co-operative butter and cheese factories in that State shall be signed by at least two persons, each of whom is a Chairman or other member of the Board of Directors of a co-operative butter or cheese factory in that State, and, for the purpose of such a nomination, the form of nomination contained in Form E shall be modified to such extent as is necessary.”.
