REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGE

ACT 1962.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Export Charge Act 1962.

DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGE REGULATIONS.

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce Export Charge Regulations.

Prescribed officers for purposes of section 5 (5.) of Dairy Produce Export Charge Act.

2. For the purposes of sub-section (5.) of section 5 of the Dairy Produce Export Charge Act 1962, each officer of a Department specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations who performs his duties at the place specified in the second column of that Schedule opposite the reference to that Department in the first column and holds the appointment under the Treasury Regulations specified in the third column of that Schedule opposite the reference to that Department in the first column is a prescribed officer.
