REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGES ACT 1924-1929.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Export Charges Act 1924-1929, to come into operation on the twenty-fifth day of March, 1929.

Amendment of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1925, No. 92, as amended to this date.)

After regulation 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Payment of moneys to certain officers.

“4. Any moneys payable in accordance with section three of the Act shall be paid to the undermentioned officers:—

New South Wales—Collector of Public Moneys, Department of Markets and Transport, Sydney.

Victoria—Collector of Public Moneys, Department of Markets and Transport, Melbourne.

Queensland—Collector of Public Moneys, Department of Markets and Transport, Brisbane.

South Australia—Collector of Customs, Port Adelaide.

Western Australia—Collector of Customs, Fremantle.

Tasmania—Collector of Customs, Hobart.”
