REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGES ACT 1924-1929.

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Export Charges Act 1924-1929, to come into operation as from 1st July, 1931.

Amendment of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1925, No. 92, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations is repealed, and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

3. The charge imposed and to be levied and paid under section 3 of the Act as from the first day of July One thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, shall be imposed, levied and paid at the following rates:—

(a)The rate of the charge in respect of butter shall be one-thirty-fifth of a penny for each pound of butter exported; and

(b)The rate of the charge in respect of cheese shall be one-seventieth of a penny for each pound of cheese exported.”
