REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGES ACT 1924-1929.

acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the
following Regulations under the

Amendment of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1925, No. 92, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations is repealed, and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—
“
(
a )The rate of the charge in respect of butter shall be one-thirty-fifth of a penny for each pound of butter exported; and(
b )The rate of the charge in respect of cheese shall be one-seventieth of a penny for each pound of cheese exported.”
