THE DAIRY PRODlTOE ACTS [ASSENTED TO 1ST DECEMBER, 1944.] AMENDMENT ACT OF 1944. B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively ~ olIective cited as " The Dairy Produce Acts, 1920 to 1944." tItle. 2. Section six of the Principal Act is amended as Amendment follows :_ of s. 6. (a) Subsection one of the said section is repealed and the following subsection is inserted in lieu thereof, namely:- " (1.) Every owner of any of the following dairy produce premises, namely, a dairy, cold store, depot or factory shall register and at all times keep registered under this Act in his own name his dairy produce premises." (b) In subsection three thereof the words and figures "Other dairy produce premises or conveyances . . . . 0 2 6" and also the words "or milkshop or milk vehicle" are repealed. (c) In paragraph (a) of subsection five thereof the words "as dairy produce premises" are repealed and the words "as a dairy, cold store, depot, or factory" are inserted in lieu of such repealed words. * 10 G. 5 No. 15 and amending Acts, v. 3, p. 35.
