[ASSENTED TO 20'l'H DECEMBER, 1911.J B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, . by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislath:e Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - Short title 1. This Act may be cited as " 'l'he ])airy Produce aconndstruction Acts Amendment Act of HH1," and shall be read as one of Act. with" The ])airy Produce Act of 1904,"* herein referred to as the Principal Act. Amendment 2. The following amendments are made in section of 8.5. five of the Principal Act : - In subsection two, the words "or in the case of premises so used at the commencement of this Act before the first day of .July, one thousand nine hundred and five," are repealed. In subsection four all words from the words" the fee" to the figures "1896," both inclusive, are repealed, and the words "no fee shall be payable" are inserted in lieu thereof; also the words "but no fee shall be payable in respect of a factory situated upon premises which are registered as a dairy under this Act" are repealed. In subsection five all the words from the words" and shall be accompanied" to the words" shall be accompanied," both inclusive, are repealed, and the words "and in. the case of a factory shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee and also" are inserted in lieu thereof. .. * 4 Edw.
