Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dairy Corporation under sub-section 11 (2) of the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Act 1977 with respect to regulations to be made for the purposes of sections 7 and 9 of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

repealed and the following Schedule substituted:

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1983.

Prescribed period for purposes of paragraph 9 ( 1 ) (a) of the Act

2. Regulation 8 of the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Regulations is

amended by omitting "1982" and substituting "1983".
