Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy
Regulations 2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dairy Corporation under sub-section 11 (2) of theDairy Industry Stabilization Levy Act 1977 with respect to regulations to be made for the purposes of sections 7 and 9 of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.Dated 29 June 1983.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1983.
Prescribed period for purposes of paragraph 9 ( 1 ) (a) of the Act
2. Regulation 8 of the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Regulations isamended by omitting "1982" and substituting "1983".
