Stabilization Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901and
after taking into consideration relevant recommendations made to the Minister
of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dairy Corporation under
sub-section 11 (2) of theDairy Industry Stabilization Levy Act 1977 with
respect to regulations to be made for the purposes of section 6 of that Act,
hereby make the following Regulation under that Act.

After
regulation 6 of the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Regulations the following
regulation is inserted:
Prescribed
minimum percentage—sub-section 6 (3b)
of the Act
“6a. For the purposes of the definition of
‘minimum percentage’ in sub-section 6 (3b)
of the Act, 25% is prescribed.”.
