Dairy Industry Regulations 2024
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dairy Industry Act 1994 .18 November 2024

1. | Dairy farmer’s licence | Application for licence | 100 |
2. | Processor’s licence | Application for licence | 100 |
Issue or renewal of licence where milk is not purchased directly from a dairy farmer – | |||
(a) if the estimated intake of milk is 2 000 tonnes or less per year | 500 | ||
(b) if the estimated intake of milk is more than 2 000 tonnes per year | 3 000 | ||
3. | Manufacturer’s licence | Application for licence | 100 |
