3 Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plants (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) No. 380, 1992 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plants (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order— “Toowoomba and Dalby order” means the order in council published in the Gazette on 5 March 1988 at pages 1296 to 1298; and “Booval and Caboolture order” means the order in council published in the Gazette on 17 December 1988 at pages 2109 to 2111. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF TOOWOOMBA AND DALBY ORDER ˙ Amended order in council 3. The Toowoomba and Dalby order is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 4. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ Second Schedule hereto. ’, insert ‘ under the Dairy Industry Act 1989 , makes the following order in council— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plant (Dalby and Toowoomba) Order 1988 .

In this order— “authorised person” means the person authorised under section 3; “specified localities” means the area described in Schedule 1. ˙ ‘Authorisation ‘3. The Queensco-Unity Dairy Foods Co-operative Association Ltd is authorised to maintain pasteurisation plants for— (a) the treatment of milk and cream at premises situated on the Condamine Highway, Dalby and Brook Street, Toowoomba; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk and pasteurised cream within the specified localities. ˙ ‘Term of authorisation ‘4. This authorisation ends on 31 March 1995. ˙ ‘Conditions of authorisation ‘5. This authorisation is subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 2. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 5. Schedule 2 (clauses 6, 10(i) to (iii), (v) and (vi), 11(i) and (ii) and 20)— omit ‘ said area ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ specified localities ’.

The Booval and Caboolture order is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 7. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the Second Schedule hereto ’, insert ‘ under the Dairy Industry Act 1989 , makes the following order in council— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plant (Booval and Caboolture) Order 1988 . ˙ ‘Definitions ‘2. In this order— “authorised person” means the person authorised under section 3; “specified localities” means the area described in Schedule 1. ˙ ‘Authorisation ‘3. The Queensco-Unity Dairy Foods Co-operative Association Ltd is authorised to maintain pasteurisation plants for— (a) the treatment of milk and cream at premises situated at Jacaranda Street, Booval and King Street, Caboolture; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk and pasteurised cream within the specified localities.
