This order in council may be cited as the Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plants (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order (No. 2) 1992 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF GOLD COAST PASTEURISATION PLANT (GOLD COAST CITY AND ALBERT SHIRE) ORDER 1985 ˙ Amended order 2. The Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant (Gold Coast City and Albert Shire) Order 1985 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plant (Gold Coast City and Albert Shire) Order 1985 . ’. ˙ Amendment of s.2 (Definitions) 4. Section 2 (definition “authorised person” )— omit ‘ Gold Coast Milk Pty Ltd ’, insert ‘ SC&W Co-operative Dairy Association Ltd and QUF Trading Pty Ltd ’.
