This order in council may be cited as the Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plants (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order (No. 1) 1992 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF GOLD COAST PASTEURISATION PLANT (GOLD COAST CITY AND ALBERT SHIRE) ORDER ˙ Amended order in council 2. The order in council made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 21 September 1985 at pages 249 to 251 is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 3. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the Second Schedule hereto. ’, insert — ‘ under the Dairy Industry Act 1989 , makes the following order in council.

This order in council may be cited as the Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant (Gold Coast City and Albert Shire) Order 1985 . ‘Definitions ‘2. In this order in council— “authorised person” means Gold Coast Milk Pty Ltd; “supply area” means the area described in Schedule 1. ‘Authorisation ‘3. The authorised person is authorised to maintain a pasteurisation plant for— (a) the treatment of milk or cream at premises situated at the Corner of Pine Ridge Road and the Gold Coast Highway, Labrador; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk or pasteurised cream within the supply area. ‘Term of authorisation ‘4. This authorisation ends on 30 April 1993. ‘Conditions of authorisation ‘5. This authorisation is subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 2. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 4. Schedule 2 (clauses 6, 10(i), 10(ii), 10(iii), 10(v), 10(vi), 11(i) and 11(ii))— omit ‘ said area ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ supply area ’.

The order in council made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 23 July 1977 at pages 1611 to 1613 is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 6. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the Second Schedule hereto. ’, insert — ‘ under the Dairy Industry Act 1989 , makes the following order in council. ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Nambour Pasteurisation Plant Order 1977 . ‘Definitions ‘2. In this order in council— “authorised person” means Suncoast Milk Pty Ltd; “supply area” means the area described in Schedule 1. ‘Authorisation ‘3. The authorised person is authorised to maintain a pasteurisation plant for— (a) the treatment of milk or cream at premises situated at Netherton street, Nambour; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk or pasteurised cream within the supply area.

This authorisation is subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 2. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 7. Schedule 2 (clauses 6, 9(i), 9(ii), 9(iii), 9(vi), 9(vii), 10(i), 10(ii), 14(i) and 14(iii))— omit ‘ said area ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ supply area ’. PART 4—AMENDMENT OF BRISBANE PASTEURISATION PLANT ORDER ˙ Amended order in council 8. The order in council made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 20 July 1985 at pages 1930 to 1932 is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 9. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the Schedule hereto. ’, insert — ‘ under the Dairy Industry Act 1989 , makes the following order in council. ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Brisbane Pasteurisation Plant Order 1985 .

7 Dairy Industry Pasteurisation Plants No. 74, 1992 (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 1) ‘Definitions ‘2. In this order in council— “authorised person” means Pauls Ice Cream and Milk Ltd; “supply area” means the City of Brisbane within the meaning given by section 4 of the City of Brisbane Act 1924 . ‘Authorisation ‘3. The authorised person is authorised to maintain a pasteurisation plant for— (a) the treatment of milk or cream at premises situated at Montague Road, South Brisbane; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk or pasteurised cream within the supply area. ‘Term of authorisation ‘4. This authorisation ends on 30 June 1993. ‘Conditions of authorisation ‘5. This authorisation is subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 10. Schedule (clauses 6, 10(i), 10(ii), 10(iii), 10(v), 10(vi), 11(i) and 11(ii))— omit ‘ said area ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ supply area ’.

The Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant (Beaudesert Shire) Amendment Order 1991 is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Amendment of s.1 (Short title) 12.
