2 Dairy Industry (Milk Products) No. 144, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Dairy Industry (Milk Products) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Repeal of order 2. The order published in the Gazette on 15 June 1991 at page 816 is repealed. ˙ Definition 3. In this order— “liquid milk products with vegetable oil” means miscellaneous foods comprising liquid milk products plus vegetable oil to a maximum level of 35 g per kg of vegetable fat; “miscellaneous foods” has the same meaning as in the Foods Standards Code of the Commonwealth in force for the time being under the National Food Authority Act 1991 of the Commonwealth. ˙ Terms 4.(1) For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, each of the products mentioned in Schedule 1 are “dairy produce” and “market milk” . (2) For the purposes of section 92 of the Act, each of the products mentioned in Schedule 2 is “pasteurised milk” for the purposes of Part 7 of the Act.
