s1 2 s5 Dairy Industry Amendment (No. 1) No. 251, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This standard may be cited as the Dairy Industry Amendment Standard (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Commencement 2. This standard commences on 1 November 1999. ˙ Standard amended 3. This standard amends the Dairy Industry Standard 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) 4. Section 2, definition “Food Standards Code” — omit, insert— ‘ “Food Standards Code” means the Food Standards Code under the Australia New Zealand Food Authority Act 1991 (Cwlth).’. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Product standards for milk) 5.
