2 Dairy Industry Amendment (No. 1) No. 38, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Dairy Industry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Dairy Industry Regulation 1993 is amended in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s 19 3. After section 18— insert— ˙ ‘Transfer day (s 115 of the Act) ‘19.(1) For the purposes of section 115 of the Act, the transfer day is 11 February 1994. ‘(2) This section expires at the end of the transfer day. ’.
