No. 51 of 1969.

AN ACT to amend the Dairy Industry Act, 1922-1953.

[Assented to 29th September, 1969.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Dairy Slam t tale and citation.

(2) In this Act the Dairy Industry Act, 1922- Vol. 15 of Reprinted

1953 is referred to as the principal Act.

Acts.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Dairy Industry Act, 1922-1969.

Section fifteen of the principal Act is amended to s.e 15. tone

by repealing subsection (2).
