AN ACT to amend the Dairy Industry Act,

1922-1939.

[Assented to 20th November, 1953.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent m Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Dairy and citation.

Industry Act Amendment Act, 1953.

(2) In this Act the Dairy Industry Act, 1922-1939, Act No. 37 of 1922 as amended by Act No. 27 of 1936, reprinted and incorporated in the appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia 1936 and further amended by Acts Nos. 27 of 1939 and 36 of 1940,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Dairy Industry Act, 1922-1953.

(a), deleting the interpretation, "Dairy Produce

Improvement Fund";

(b)

deleting the interpretation, "Special dairy

instructor".
