DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1979—REGULATION

(Relating to the exclusion of “White Gold” from the pricing formula)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, has been pleased to

make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 27 August 1993.

Amendment

2. The Dairy Industry (Pricing) Regulation 1984 is amended by inserting in clause 4 (2) (1) below the words “Diet White” the words “White Gold”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Dairy Industry (Pricing) Regulation makes provision for the pricing of milk.
The object of this Regulation is to exclude the product marketed as “White Gold”

from the application of those parts of the Regulation which set out price formulas.

This Regulation is made under the Dairy Industry Act 1979, including section 56

(Prescribed provisions for fixing prices) and section 103 (2) (a) (Regulations).
