DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1979—REGULATION

(Relating to law revision)

HIS Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Dairy Industry Regulation 1995 is amended by omitting from

clause 30 (2) (m) the name “Life”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to remove an obsolete reference to a milk product

from the Dairy Industry Regulation 1995.

This Regulation is made under the Dairy Industry Act 1979, including section 103

(the general regulation making power).
