DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1979—REGULATION

(Relating to information to be displayed on milk trucks)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, has been pleased to

make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Dairy Industry (General) Regulation 1983 is amended by omitting

clause 23.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

A dairy produce merchant is currently required to display his or her name or registration number (together with a reference to registration as a dairy produce merchant) on any vehicle used by the merchant for the carriage or distribution of
milk. This Regulation dispenses with that requirement.
