I, the Honourable ANTHONY MURRAY GLEESON, A.C.,

Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act by omitting the name “Life”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to omit an obsolete reference to a milk product
from the definition of milk contained in Schedule 1 to the Dairy Industry Act 1979.
