DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1979—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act, with effect on and from
27 August 1993, by adding to that Schedule below the words “Diet

White” the words “White Gold”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to include the modified milk marketed as “White Gold” in the definition of “milk” for the purposes of the Dairy Industry Act 1979.
