DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1979—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act, with effect from 13th March, 1992, by adding to that Schedule above the words “Gardencity Contour” the words “Bega Lite”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to include the modified milk known as “Bega

Lite” in the definition of “milk” for the purposes of the Dairy Industry Act 1979.
