I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act, with effect on and from 9 November 1990, by excluding from the Schedule the matter “Nimbin Country Cereal DeLite”.
