DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1979 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Dairy Industry Act 1979, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act, with effect on and from 2 March 1990, by adding to the Schedule above the word "Life" the following matter:

Balance High Calcium Milk Drink

Balance Reduced Lactose Milk
