His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Dairy Industry Act 1979.

Explanatory note

Schedule 2 (Fixing of milk prices) to the Dairy Industry Regulation 1995 includes notes that set out, as a margin and as a proportion, the amount that has been paid in respect of the administration costs of the Dairy Industry Conference.

The object of this Regulation is to remove those notes. section 103 (the general regulation-making power) of the Act.
