AN ACT to repeal the Dairy Cattle Improvement

Act, 1922-1954.

[Assented to 19th August, 1957.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Dairy Cattle and citation.

Improvement Act Repeal Act, 1957.

(2) In this Act the Dairy Cattle Improvement

Act, 1922-1954,

Act No. 36 of 1922 as amended by Acts Nos. 18 of 1932 and 73 of 1954,

is referred to as the principal Act.

2.    The principal Act is repealed.
