I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Declaration under subclause 83 (3A) of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986.

  1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Dairy Adjustment Levy Termination Declaration 2009.

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Termination of payment of dairy adjustment levy to the industry services body

Subclauses 83 (1) and (2) of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986 do not apply to any amount received by the Commonwealth after 15 May 2009.
