REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRIES SUPERVISION ORDINANCE

1925. '

PURSUANT to the powers conferred upon it by the Dairies Supervision Ordinance 1925, the Federal Capital Commission hereby makes the

following Regulations to come into operation forthwith.

2. Any person desiring to be registered as a dairyman or milk vendor Form of

4. Any registered dairyman or milk vendor who ceases to carry on the ^"J"uo„ o" "c

business of a dairyman or milk vendor shall, within seven days after ceasing business.
to carry on such business, give notice thereof in writing to the Commission.

infectious or custody of a dairyman or milk vendor, the dairyman or milk vendor shall
forthwith give notice thereof in writing to the Commission.
Penalties. 6. Any person guilty of an offence against or a contravention of these

Regulations shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £50.
