GLEESON CJ: Now, Mr Dai and counsel who are appearing in matters 8 and 9, I am afraid it has become obvious that these matters are not going to be reached today because of the pressure of other business. We are going to take the final matter in the list because there is an interpreter here. But these matters will be not reached today and, so far as I am aware, there is no reason why they cannot be in the next special leave applications, which I think is 4 May, so the matters will be heard on 4 May.
MR McCULLOCH: Would your Honour reserve the costs of today?
GLEESON CJ: Yes, I think that goes without saying. So both of these matters were not reached today. We will adjourn them until 4 May and costs of today will be reserved. Thank you.
AT 4.01 PM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
