CYH16
v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION, CITIZENSHIP AND MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS & ANOR
[2023] HCASL 127
M39/2023
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia (Rofe J) dismissing an appeal from a decision of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (Judge Riethmuller).
The application does not raise any question of principle of general importance sufficient to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. Moreover, an appeal to this Court would have insufficient prospects of success. Special leave should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
