1. This application for special leave to appeal does not give rise to any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Federal Court of Australia (Logan J). The matter involves the application of established principles and would not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.
