Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Amendment

An Act to amend the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1915

[Assented to 14 June 1983]

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of

Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

"(b)	that a Commercial Tariff Concession Order under Part X V A of the
Customs Act 1901 in respect of the goods is in force;".

Short title, &c.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping)

Amendment Act 1983.

(2) The Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 19751 is in this Act referred

to as the Principal Act.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which section 5 of the

Customs Amendment Act 1983 comes into operation.

Dumping duties

3. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph

(7) (a) the following paragraph:

Countervailing duties

4. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph

(8) (a) the following paragraph:

"(aa)	that a Commercial Tariff Concession Order under Part XVA of the
Customs Act 1901 in respect of the goods is in force;".
