BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
(a) by inserting in sub-section (3) “or (5a)” after “sub-section 151 (5)”; and
(b) by inserting in sub-section (4) “, (5a)” after “sub-section 151 (5)”.
