Customs (Statutory Rules 1992 No. 277) (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 September 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   Statutory Rules 1992 No. 277 are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 1

3.1   Subregulation 1.1:

Omit “22 April 1922.”, substitute “11 September 1991.”.

4. Regulation 23

4.1   Subregulation 23.5:

Omit “Form 45AA:”, substitute “Form 45A:”.
