REGULATIONS
UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT l901-1923 (THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT).
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following
Regulations under the Customs Act
1901-1923, to come into operation forthwith.

of Customs Regulations 1922.

Regulation 94 (1) of the Customs Regulations 1922 is amended by the addition,
after Item 10, of the following:—

Provided that in
cases where labour for the receipt and delivery of goods is not provided by the
Customs but by the importer at his own expense, the charges under the heading
“Receipt and Delivery” shall be one-half of those provided in the above scale.

Regulation 95 (1) (10) of the Customs Regulations is
cancelled and the following substituted in lieu thereof:—
